John Sturrock QC & the WOMACC
Before the world was overwhelmed by the coronavirus pandemic, [John Sturrock] wrote a blog for the Kluwer website, suggesting some sort of initiative by mediators to promote environmentally friendly dispute management and resolution.
Please sign up below to show your support for this initiative which could, we hope, have a real impact upon our behaviour and fundamentally change the way in which we conduct mediations. The pledge is broad enough to allow all those involved in mediation to make changes to their behaviour and to lead the way in responsible mediating. It offers a foundation which, we hope, mediators will build upon with their own further measures tailored to their practices.
Commercial Mediators live within a niche market where being a mediator can be a solitary profession in the UK. COMSGateway exist to provide peer support and collegiality and enhance your world with a place to connect, communicate and collaborate with like-minded individuals who share your world and your focus. That is why we share any contribution you make to the above on other social media platforms too.
